Your journey begins with a discovery call with one of our senior coaches. Depending on whether you are in an operating role or career transition, the discovery process may include everything from completing psychometric assessments to a casual exploration of the personal goals you have at this juncture in your life.
A Complete Understanding
After discovering needs, our coaches will schedule calls with your closest associates and loved ones to get a 360 perspective on your unique opportunities and challenges during this phase of your life and career.
A Roadmap to Greater Purpose and Fulfillment
During an in-person or virtual immersion, we will take time to build a custom life plan for the areas of life that are important to you, including work, relationships, health, experiences, and impact. This roadmap will keep us anchored in key goals while also being adaptable to whatever arises throughout the course of your coaching.
Consistency & Continuity
With your custom life plan, you will then meet with your coach through video sessions or phone calls typically on a fortnightly basis to dive deep into areas of growth and development. The consistency of the virtual sessions are essential to hold you accountable to the goals and breakthroughs that are most important to you.
